Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 - Introduction
Adobe Dreamweaver CS4
Application Overview:
Adobe Dreamweaver
Adobe Dreamweaver is a robust web design tool, boasting an unparalleled combination of easy to use commands and powerful features. What makes Adobe Dreamweaver so unique is that it makes it easy for anyone to start building web sites, and yet it contains features indispensable to the productivity of veteran professionals.
What makes Adobe Dreamweaver so easy to learn is that it's interface is very similar to a word processor's. It takes the headache out of hand coding web pages by giving web designers a visual environment to work in, while the HTML code (and other coding) is written for them in the background. This allows new and experienced designers to work very fast and build much more elaborate sites.
But what makes Adobe Dreamweaver an industry standard tool is that it was one of the earliest web design programs to give developers both visual interface, and code-based environment to work in - and it allows designers to switch back and forth between the two environments.
As a result Dreamweaver not only accommodates new users and pros, but more importantly, it helps turn new users into pros.
Users: Creative, Design, Web Development, IT and Admin Professionals as well as anyone who needs to create, edit and maintain corporate or personal websites, design and implement Intranets, Web-based presentations and HTML email communications such as newsletters and email promotions.
