For all new clients, payments are due in full at the time of registration.
For current clients, payments are due in full two weeks prior to the course
date and can be made by cash, company cheque, VISA, MasterCard or American Express card

Credits

All credits are valid for a period of one year from course date or date of issue.
Credits must be applied to a course of equal value.

Discounts

A 10% discount applies to the regular course fee when you register for two or more courses, when two or more people register at the same time, and for registered, charitable not-for-profit organizations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy
Once registration is made, all cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee* and must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the course date. After this time, the course fee is non-refundable and will be held as a credit towards a future course for a period of one year.

(*special policy applies to the Colour Correction in Photoshop course and for custom group training)

Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of two weeks notice prior to the course date is required for any rescheduling. You may reschedule your course one time only. Payment must be received in order to reschedule the course. There is no penalty for rescheduling or for substituting course participants

DPA reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment.

Course Duration

All training courses begin at 9:00 am and conclude between 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm, with the exception of Colour Correction in Photoshop.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early the first day of the course.

Each class is restricted to a maximum of eight students. Each person has their own workstation for hands-on learning. You can be sure that you will be given the latest tips and tricks so that you are utilizing the programs in the most effective way.

Our trainers will listen to your concerns while teaching you the skills you need to complete your work successfully.

Also included is e-mail support should you have any questions on the
material covered in the course. Support is valid for a period of three months
from the date of your course.
